9. heartlessness is nothing but an uncultivated state of the heart. Pusillanimity is a limitation of thought. Intolerance belongs to the same family of abominations that degrade the sacred vessel of the heart. You already know that the refined, tense heart gives an impulse like a dynamo, thus proving to be the vessel of the world’s energy.
But the culture of the heart will not be stored up unless it receives proper nourishment. Similarly, the best accumulator will not function if it is not protected and properly connected. The heart needs constant feeding, otherwise, deprived of the higher connection, it atrophies. So let us not forget that on the base of the chalice a child has been depicted as a symbol of ascension.
