A conglomerate is a composite of different materials in varying amounts. The cohesion is achieved by compaction or by binders. The connection of the substances can be dissolved by external influence.
The spiritual hierarchy of masters and their advanced students (disciples) is not a conglomerate. The groups (ashrams) around the respective masters (initiates) in the subtle state form centres. Their cohesion results from an ethic that has grown over the eons of planetary human history and from an energetic connection. In evolution, new knowledge (science) is constantly being formed, which leads to a change in the ethic of coexistence represented by the spiritual hierarchy.
The Spiritual Hierarchy can never be perfect, because it is constantly evolving. ‘Perfection’ was and is always a relative term, arising from the limitations of human thinking.
When the most highly developed spiritual core of a ‘Great Life’ (solar / cosmic, see texts in the Fundamentals) creates a new universe out of itself, this is always connected with the intention of further developing itself. The entity acting in this way projects a developmental process from the present to the future being into its spiritually generated ‘idea’. In the process, dualities arise that represent the impetus for the projected development. The manifested that arises out of duality is, in gradations, the field (or the ‘laboratory’) on which the aspired developmental process takes place. For the planetary development of the Earth, the gradations are described as sublevels of the cosmic-physical plane. This means that the highest spiritual aspect of the earthly human being is part of the outer physical form of the cosmic or solar great life. The outer form of the earthly human being is therefore the most inessential, physical aspect of the solar or cosmic being, which exists almost exclusively in a subtle form.
When blocks occur in the evolutionary process in the human units of the various levels, conflicts of varying degrees are the result. The cause lies in those parts of the one humanity that resist the development process, holding on to the past and the closed, preferring endless repetition to unlimited further development. They are not opponents of change, but rather drop out of society and defend themselves against the new through anti-social actions. They are influenced by the essential, sub-sensible remnants of earlier evolutions that should have long since fallen below the threshold of consciousness.
In the present situation of humanity, this is openly recognisable as lies, hatred and oppression. The attempt to stop or even reverse the development that is striven for from a higher point of view is also being undertaken violently using the methods mentioned. These methods are applied in all areas of life, including economics.
If the ethics of spiritual hierarchy, which humanity should follow, leads to a community with productive inner connectedness, then a group of dark adversaries will always form in contrast to this as a loose conglomeration of egoists and narcissists. Their only goal is personal enrichment, in whatever area of life. In contrast to the community, in the loose conglomerate everyone ‘works’ for themselves and is always ready to harm or even destroy other members of the conglomerate for their own gain when the opportunity arises.
We will speak of the ‘Dark Conglomerate’ in later texts when we write about the dark ones (which we want to do as little as possible in order not to unnecessarily direct energy in this direction). They do not deserve to be called a brotherhood. Conglomerates quickly approach the state known as waste (in the sense of something that decomposes and decays). In the diaries of H. Roerich, M. speaks of ‘cosmic waste’.
Anyone who dwells in this abstraction is on the edge of a cold abyss if they have not developed a firm connection to the energy of the heart in general and to love for humanity in particular.
