The three full moons associated with the 25th anniversary conference in Shamballa in 2025 have passed. The conference took place at the highest level, and the decisions made there for the coming decades will gradually become apparent in various ways. The direction these decisions will take is open. Ultimately, humanity itself will decide through its actions.
The hierarchy’s ability to act through the subtle planetary centres (head, heart, ajna) is limited by the law of free will of humanity.
If humanity chooses a path that is persistently backward-looking, it is the right of the highest planetary authority, in coordination with the solar centre, to make decisions for all life.

– Stimulating the light in the soul to increase the number of human monads who strive for the path of right human relationships and thus prevent a backward development as is currently emerging.
– Stimulating the light in the soul in order to increase the number of souls who will move to a new planet. The selection by the higher authority is made according to the criterion of the intensity of the spiritual light in the soul.
It is advisable not to emphasise either of these two goals in the given meditation, but to leave it at stimulation.
Those who participate in this meditative activity will automatically intensify the light in their souls as ‘weavers in the light.’ On a subtle energetic level, mental activity in the sender must cause a reaction.
There will be other groups in incarnation who will carry out meaningful activities with a different approach. It is pointless and harmful to draw comparisons or emphasise competition. Anyone who is ready to become spiritually meditative should decide which of the activities offered appeals to them most. However, jumping back and forth or practising different approaches at the same time can have a harmful effect.
For those who have been following this ‘channel’ and practising selected actions, everything remains the same. We will continue to supplement and clearly structure them.
Since the question arises as to where our impulse is located hierarchically, here is the answer:
It has a ‘Shamballa note’. Individuals may be at different levels of consciousness on their path of ascension. However, they will only take up the practice offered here if they are receptive to Shamballa energy. The degree of progress is independent of this.
We will present the practice we offer in stages. Its application is linked to successive steps. The further a practice unfolds, the more important it is that the previous steps have been practised over a defined period of time. Everyone is responsible for observing the rules. We will outline the structure in the near future.
When a stable number of users in the four-digit range emerges from among the readers of our texts, the effect will be manifest and pervasive.
It takes time for the results to manifest in outer life. Depending on the overall planetary situation, achieved and visible effects may emerge unexpectedly.
At the end of this text, we would like to point out once again that any effort to ensure the survival and further development of humanity on the existing small sphere may result in a change of planet with the separation of large groups of souls, as we have explained elsewhere.
We will not give any prognosis for the probability of either of these two variants.
What is certain, however, is that without this initiative, the probability of separation is greater and fewer souls will make the transition than with the determined work of a comprehensively theosophically trained group. The same applies to the preservation of the existing civilisation.
With a quote from the book ‘Cosmic Fire’ by the Tibetan, we give a further indication of the possible process of one of the two variants.
“The third group of these devas is completely subject to the dominion of the Manus and the great devas who cooperate with this sphere on this planet. Through their activity during certain cycles, the entire surface of the Earth is changed by volcanic disturbances: continents rise or are flooded, volcanoes become active or remain quiet, and thus the world is purified by fire.
