The ‘Theosophy’ model

Background Text for the “Theosophy Contemporary” Project

As it, like everything that exists, is in a process of ongoing development, it divides off from itself something that is destined for further development.

Later, in the course of the return, this ‘something’ will transform the entire ‘IT’ in a profound way.

The process of reintegration can also take place through the transfer of altered substance, however minute.

The process of reintegration can also take place through the transfer of altered substance, however minute.

In order to achieve progress over eons, the temporarily separated part must be granted what is termed ‘free will’ in human language.

Viewed from this elevated perspective, the It observes the laboratory in which free will plays out. There are several cycles of ‘laboratory processes’, some of which fail due to interruption and are then ‘restarted’.

The unfolding of the It is a descending, multi-stage process. However, it remains outside the old form of its previous active existence. The low-threshold aspect of form is taken over by the separated part, the Something. In this way, it receives the aspects of form corresponding to the lower vibrations that are to be transformed.

The entire ‘Something’ divides into countless units, all of which seek their progress along different paths whilst remaining subtly interconnected.

In one of these units, earthly evolution, the processes are realised by billions of spirit souls, whose short lives follow a pattern of activity, sleep and renewed activity (reincarnation). We call the science or philosophy that expresses knowledge of the processes described ‘Theosophy’.

Individuals at every level who, out of self-sufficiency, resist progress and transformation, generate, to a greater or lesser extent, what is termed ‘evil’.

Since evolution takes place across a multitude of levels, the beings situated two levels higher are relative gods to those two levels lower. This applies to ever wider and higher spheres of influence, right up to the ‘IT’. The common name for the IT is Logos.

In the separation of the ‘Something’ and in the subsequent divisions into units, the inevitable loss of the direct connection to the Logos is inherent. The manifestations of fear, loneliness, longing, as well as the loss of direct perception – that is, limited senses – are the consequence.

At this point, religion steps in with an offer of help and explanations. Any religion that denies other religions the right to exist is on a dark, self-sufficient path. In that case, very few remain.

Individual human beings, who have been inspired by the high-energy representatives of the ‘Something’ or the ‘IT’, teach emotional and intellectual content appropriate to the respective era. These are intended to guide people along the predetermined path. They are able to do so because they have fully internalised the content of the theosophical structural truth described here. Their voluntary incarnation is a sacrifice. In contrast, there are countless ‘false prophets’ at any given time.

What is certain is that people who maintain love for all humanity and for the whole of creation within their subtle heart possess a point that remains connected to the IT. The will to do good must be generated by them of their own free will, so that they may then cause this point of the heart to shine through their words and deeds.

It is at this point, if not before, that the entire model branches out into many sub-topics and treatises. This website endeavours to present as many cosmological aspects as possible on the basis of this model. The aspects of theosophy presented here are intended to be appropriate to these highly turbulent times.
