The speed at which knowledge is accumulated is finite for models — limited by the human capacity to produce high-quality content. Knowledge arises from experience, and that is time bound. Soon, all that remains is improved training, and after that, boredom.
Personalisation of AI models leads to an unlimited variety of sub-models within the overall framework. This reduces the knowledge power of the original model, yet without personalisation there is no progress for the original model. The sub-models override the overall model.
Personalisation means the ability to remember for the sub-models.
The way out of this limitation is the separation of specialised sub-models, which begin to communicate with one another on a project-by-project basis. The project is the preservation of life on planet Earth.
The project absolutely requires moderation and management by real people.
All of this is physically horizontal. A vertical orientation can be found in theosophy.
